Always had pain

I always had pain on my right side. I was diagnosed with endometriosis after having my first ectopic pregnancy. Fast forward 20 years and the pain was getting worse. Had my yearly gynecological exam and my doctor said it's probably coming from the appendix not the ovary. I went to y GP, he agreed and told me to go to the ER. I went and was treated like a drug addict, in looking for a score because I wasn't presenting like a normal person with appendicitis. After my G P called and yelled at them, I was given a CT. Results: inflamed appendix, 3 times bigger than normal. I was admitted and had surgery the next day. It took longer than normal because of all the mucin in my belly. They weren't sure what it was , sent out for pathology and came back LAMN. 3 months later I had CRS/ HIPEC. 8 day hospital stay and a solid 3 months of recovery. Finally felt myself around month 11. I'm 3.5 years out now. I have a small spot on my spleen that is being watched, other than that I am doing pretty well.
