Sadly the only advances is in it’s awareness of a man-made disease and the awareness of the risks if one has a procedure that’s known to cause it

Unfortunately, there have not been great advances in the last 10 years to treat arachnoiditis. The current treatments are medications, spinal cord stimulators and pain pumps. Trying to address the arachnoiditis surgically generally will make symptoms worse.
