How did all start?

Epilepsy is not mt greatest concern.

Do you already have a diagnosis? How long did it take you to get it?

Yes. Six months.

For what medical specialties have you been treated? What has been the most useful specialty for your?

Neurologists.

What has been the most useful thing for you so far?

Medications

What have been your biggest difficulties?

Physicians

How has your social and family environment reacted? Have your social or family relationships changed?

Accepting, understanding. Family likes to periodically make sure I'm taking my medications correctly. Was especially supportive regarding my experience with Fycompa and the neurologist who prescribed it.

What things have you stopped doing?

Driving outside my safe zone.

What do you think about the future?

Whatever life has to offer me..

So far, which years have been the best years in your life? What have you done during them?

18 to 30 . Lived part-time in a place I loved. Began raising my children.

What would you like to do if you didn’t have your condition?

Have more freedom and money. Spend more active time with family and travel.

If you had to describe your life in a sentence, what would it be?

I lived an excellent internally content life.

Finally, what advice would you give to a person in a similar situation?

It depends on what their question is. Most people want to find their own way.
