Princess Warrior

By: LYNN

Lynn started having her first flares one week after her 8th birthday! It took 6 months to find a doctor who could diagnose her after traveling to 3 different countries and corresponding with many doctors around the globe. Her diagnosis was made by her mother on the Internet and confirmed by a neurologist in Mass General Hospital (Boston). Like other EM patients Lynn was given many medications to try control her flares, which only made her body dependant on most of them, caused many side effects and gave little relief after a period of time. Lynn's parents decided it would be best to try treat her EM naturally and take her off all medications to avoid more complications since it wasn't giving her much relief. She's now being followed up by an experienced Homeopathic Doctor and has found some great relief from taking remedies. She's able to sleep better and resume her studying at school. She's doing Yoga and meditation with the help of her mother which gives her much control during a flare or pain. Lynn is known on social media and among her friends and family as the Warrior Princess inspiring others with chronic pain or rare disease. She recently donated her long beautiful hair to kids with Cancer and is determined to face Erythromalelgia with a Smile.
