Hereditary multiple exostoses
I have "spontaneous" MHE. No one else in my family has been identified as having MHE. We first discovered it when I was 4 years old, and I have had 17 surgeries.  I have actually done really well most of the time and I have a very active life! Most of the people I have met often don't realize I have it.
