You can't, there is no quality of life. You either are curled up in a ball because of hunger pains or you are laying on the floor because you had a few bites of food. You have to pick your pain with MALS. Its a shame there are still a few people undiagnosed. You can't exercise, you lose dramatic amounts of weight and nausea is almost always a constant.
