Story about Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder .

It's just me...

I was late teens, early twenties when my obgyn suggested I suffered from pmdd. I saw my family doctor who didn't know much of this and said if so we can treat the symptoms. I've tried many methods for relief. I have cycles that are worse than others and I know how hard it is, it hurts us suffering but also those closest to us. If I can help or support others with this illness, I think for me it'd be less painful dealing with this.  I've dealt with this for almost 10 years, I have tracked symptoms religiously for years, I'm now in tuned to what's happening, which phase I'm in, and when it shall pass. The struggle is still very much real- I get badly depressed, desperate, aggravated extremely, anxious, insomnia, migraines, and other pains. It's hard to live with and even harder feeling alone. If I can help, educated, or just listen to someone please feel free to reach out to me.

    Best wishes, Megan                                          [email protected]
