Story about Visual Snow .

Visual Snow.

I'm not sure if i've always had VS but around 20 or so I definitely recognized having it when randomly asking someone else about all the countless amount of white "snow" in a dark room. It affects my night vision greatly. Obviously i'd rather not have it, but it doesn't affect my day to day living all too much. Patiently checking in every once and a while to see if someone's found a cure yet. I eat reasonably healthy egg and turkey bacon sandwich for breakfast, kale and oat smoothie for lunch, and chicken, brown rice, vegetables for dinner, protein shake + bananas for snacks. I excercise 3 times a week. I've tried taking multi vitamins daily for months and without for months. I've also tried a few different diets for a couple months while religiously eating the same thing each day to no avail. The only thing I can really contribute is I don't believe its dietary or due to lack of/too much excercise, atleast in my case. Good luck, tell me if you find something or have any questions. :)

Symptoms: Halo effect around lights, floaters, visual snow, probably more I just dont realize it/think its normal.

Visual snow and floaters persist through closed eyes.
