I try to use distraction techniques when I'm struggling through pain or feeling anxious. Listen to podcasts, audiobooks etc to avoid need for hands to be up and aching holding a book. Or distract with other senses by using essential oils etc
Learning how to cope with my symptoms and being able to give a dose and help to other women going through the same treatments as O have had and continue to receive to treat my endometriosis.
Where I place the focus.. I will not be cured of thinking about everything thats wrong, but I'd feel better if I remember what I still can - and not what I once could
