Story about Fluoroquinolone Toxicity .

4 separate prescriptions in 14 months!

Jan 30, 2017

i was prescribed Levaquin for pneumonia on December 31, 2010.  The doctor who prescribed it remarked that it likely was viral pneumonia since it hadn't responded to two rounds of Zithromax.  After the first prescription, I was prescribed it twice more.  Then...about a year later I was prescribed Levaquin again.  By April, 2012 I had terrible nerve pain in both feet, and - by 2013 was losing my balance and falling a lot.  Fast forward to 2017 and I have olfactory hallucinations (smell things that aren't there), have horrible pain in my arms and legs, and my hand and feet go numb....I have difficulty using my hands for the simplest of tasks (like buttoning my coat).  There is more, but this is enough to share ( for now).
