I was recently diagnosed with hashimotos which is an illness where your body confuses the thyroid hormone with something harmful and attacks the gland which makes it under and over produce. This can cause swelling in the throat, a goiter, if left untreated. I am also O negative which has a very similar effect. I am not the type to go to the doctor and figured I was just noticing my body aging. I was having swelling of my arms and legs, constant numbness, severe weakness, and extreme intolerance to cold. After two years of this I found out I had a goiter and three simple cists. The goiter had been blocking my major artery and my blood wasn’t flowing properly. This was affecting my sight, vertigo, hair growth, thought patterns, stress, urine, and issues with reproductive organs. Now, looking back, I know I was close to death and where I looked in the mirror and saw I aged twenty years, I now look and have my healthy youthful face back. I feel a million times better!!!!
