How did all start?
With a fall I broke my tailbone in 2018. Since then I experienced backpain. In 2020 it got really bad for three weeks. Got MRI and the diagnosis of 2 TC between S1 and S2
Do you already have a diagnosis? How long did it take you to get it?
Yes. One month until the severe backpain
For what medical specialties have you been treated? What has been the most useful specialty for your?
Doctors say TC are not the cause of my back pain. The most useful was the orthopedic who suggest me to do physical therapy
What has been the most useful thing for you so far?
Walking and gentle stretching
What have been your biggest difficulties?
Sitting for long time and sleeping on my back
How has your social and family environment reacted? Have your social or family relationships changed?
Supporting me but also saying to stop worrying about them as they are not symptomatic in the majority of cases
What things have you stopped doing?
Sitting on hard surfaces. Skying. Doung heavy household works
What do you think about the future?
I am a little scared especially towards a possible giving birth

Paragliding, skiing, running amd jumping, weightlifting

Take as much information as you can and listen to your body and don't lose hope
