Acupuncture can be very helpful. Maintaining a good body temperature, and choosing thermos regulating or insulating clothes can help stop flare ups. (Ie wool, cotton, viscose, linen)

I have had the condition for 5 years now. I find acupuncture to be very helpful. It seemed to reverse the growing numbness from my first flare up.
