I have contact with several friends online. Limited contact with friends. Most family lives in different states so only contact is on line

The 30’s were good, started a business. Rode horses in the country & enjoyed life
What would you like to do if you didn’t have your condition?
So many things, fishing, swimming, bike riding, trampoline

Just passing time hopping to feel better

Diet does help, it is strict & takes a long time to see results
