Well a general healthy lifestyle doesn’t hurt anyone and could only help with LWS. There are a lot on the market now that can indeed help with joint inflammation and pain from vitamins, topical rubs, oils and supplements. All should be cleared by a medical professional as well but I believe it can help. I often use relaxing scents and oils when I am in pain to help me calm myself. Distraction and rest are good natural way to get through as well.
