How did all start?

I fell asleep in school as a child and had terrible vivid LOUD dreams and “passed out” which I know now to be cataplexy

Do you already have a diagnosis? How long did it take you to get it?

Took me 20 years before a dr recognized what was happening.

What has been the most useful thing for you so far?

Stimulants, Naps and marijuana

What have been your biggest difficulties?

Maintaining relationships

How has your social and family environment reacted? Have your social or family relationships changed?

Yes I have ZERO

What things have you stopped doing?

No church no movies and no driving without Aderal

What do you think about the future?

Same as the past lol

So far, which years have been the best years in your life? What have you done during them?

Now because my kids are grown and gone

What would you like to do if you didn’t have your condition?

Wow. Never thought of that. Maybe watch a tv show in one sitting? Lol

If you had to describe your life in a sentence, what would it be?

A Lazy and unmotivated woman finds out from a dr she’s not a lazy unmotivated woman

Finally, what advice would you give to a person in a similar situation?

Do what you can, imagine what you cant and keep pushing yourself to never give up on your dreams.
