A Retinitis pigmentosa story

Mar 8, 2016

As a child and young adult, my vision was what I perceived as normal. I didn't have any issues with my vision except for a minor colorblindress for my first 25 years or so. However, at around age 25, I began to notice difficulty seeing in the dark and dimly lit areas. At the beginning, I still went on with my life without any major adjustments. At around age 35, I began noticing increasing dificulty seeing in the dark and dimly lit areas as well as peripheral and distorted vision issues. At my current age (53), my vision in all aspects has becoume dramatically worse. Extreme distortion, blurriness, tunnell vision, night blindness, light adaptation, glare and on and on....

I'm hoping for a cure at this point.
