Is it easy to find a partner and/or maintain relationship when you have Alkaptonuria?

This should not make any difference to finding a partner and fulfilling a normal happy relationship.
Live life to the full, this disease may or may not affect you until you are much older, and lots of other diseases or complaints could also affect you by an older age. No one can see into the future, so live life as normal.
