My Experience

Mar 19, 2016

By: Bullock

My experience with 23 illnesses and diagnosis on all accounts, has been a unfortunate life style. I had to change my whole life. Eating to Bathing. Everything changed. As I've gotten older all of my illnesses have grown in a bad way to my body. Having sacroiliac degenerative disorder is something that I never expected to have. Ever! Scoliosis, Meniere's, and Colitis too. The list goes on!

I feel I'm really not able to do as I used too. I can sometimes get on the floor and play toss with my therapy dogs, but seldom. Too much pain! Bit I love to see them happy and their tails wagging.

I wish I was as happy as them. I am fighting for disability the last 4+ years. Living here and there being as sick as I am. Not good! I'm fighting it and need help.

I have NO family here to help. I now have aides that come in to help me 3x a week. I can't do much. And yet disability denies me over and over. So I continue to suffer with no income. I can tell you that I have made it this far and I will continue to tred on :) I have NO choice.

My experiences range from a decent day to a attack day. Triggers occur. Triggers as with my PTSD and bi polar disorfer. Lights affect me terribly. I don't drive at night. I seldom do in the day. Bright lights trigger me along with loud sounds, too much sodium, sugar, or stress makes me ill.

The best advice I can give to anyone with any sickness is drink lots of water, detox, sleep, no stress, and dogs for they benefit your health.

My arthritis is unbearable everyday. As well as my Meniere's when weather changes. I would make a great meteorologist!, :)

Nonetheless I manage daily with thinking fast and moving slow....:)

Be well everyone!
