Typically AA Limits Life as you knew it previously , Medications that Most AA and AD Patients are required to take can also cause depression Indirectly or Directly BP, Ace Inhibitors, beta blockers even work to lessen HOW the heart SLAMS with each beat, to soften the pulse you MIGHT need some Manner of Thinner whether it is a warfarin, coumaden, or the newer style such as Plavix or Eliquis which dont require the Constant Blood testing Like the older thinners do however IF you require a Valve replacement a Mechanical Valve requires the old school thinners which constant blood work but the Mechanical valve will last a Lifetime while a Pig valve Will last a few years before replacement .... I can and will tell you That ANY cardiac surgery Can cause depression though Having OHS (open heart) where they cut the sternum or Breast bone and spred the ribs back so they can access the heart or (Aorta) is truly an experience between Yourself and The LORD God almighty...something about having some dude you never met (in My case) taking Your heart out and "playing around with it" helps one become spiritual
