How did all start?
My mother and brother died from aortic dissection and my aneurysm was watched for ten years until it unexpectedly dissected.

Anxiety that it will happen again and I won’t be so lucky.

No. Everyone has been super supportive.

Skiing, lifting heavier than 8 lb weights, carrying my grandchildren

If you had to describe your life in a sentence, what would it be?
I was Lucky that the stars all lined up that fateful day.
Finally, what advice would you give to a person in a similar situation?
Go to cardiac rehab after surgery. It will help you with anxiety.
