There is no known cure or treatment for adhesive arachnoiditis. Pain management support groups and mild physical therapy

I have found many recommendations, tried them & had no success that does not mean it will be same for everyone. Any treatments should be evaluated & determined to be benefiting to that individual

There are supplementary treatments such as using magnets, rocking chairs, etc to remove excess electricity and move CSF fluid through. Many supplements also.
