How did all start?
Many different things leading to where I am now
Do you already have a diagnosis? How long did it take you to get it?
Yes many different diagnoses but still have many uncontrolled symptoms

Many different specialties
What has been the most useful thing for you so far?
I’ve had many different helpful treatments no one has been the most helpful
What have been your biggest difficulties?
Difficulty breathing and chronic pain
How has your social and family environment reacted? Have your social or family relationships changed?
Some are very accepting and helpful other are not very capable of understanding
What things have you stopped doing?
Hanging out with friends
What do you think about the future?
I’m hopeful that doctors will be able to find helpful treatments
So far, which years have been the best years in your life? What have you done during them?
The best years were early childhood and freshman year of high school
What would you like to do if you didn’t have your condition?
Be able to go out more be more active more social just live a more fufilling life but I wouldn’t understand as much as I do now having my conditions
If you had to describe your life in a sentence, what would it be?
A roller coaster that takes me to places I never thought existed and wish I never went there
Finally, what advice would you give to a person in a similar situation?
Advocate for yourself and find a good team of doctors that take you seriously
