Can anybody share celiac burger bread recipes? My son is celiac and I would like to surprise him
Honestly, anything from the Genius range!! They have everything from sliced bread, to rolls, to ciabattas, and they're all fabulous quality!
I really like Schar products
If you are looking for GF bread recipes there are done good ones that we like here:http://alittleinsanity.com/soft-gluten-free-sandwich-bread-recipe/
we like the French meadow buns that aren't sold to consumers directly but you can go to Red Robin and speak to a manager and they will sell them to you.
We like Northern bread company bread and really like Schaefer ciabatta roles. The larger loaves of Udi's white and whole grain seem to be better at not being full of holes and the kids at our GF camp like it.
Hope this is helpful

This is a recipe for burger buns glutenfree http://www.rezepte-glutenfrei.de/?p=5458
The schaer burger buns really taste perfect http://www.zoeliakie-austausch.de/neue-glutenfreie-produkte-von-schaer-im-test-meisterbaeckers-hamburger-panini/
The Gluten Free buns from UDI's aren't bad either, just warm them up for a few second in the miscro wave or toaster (if you like it a bit crispy)
