What have been your biggest difficulties?
Its impacts on daily activities.
The associated exhaustion.
Not being able to choke the s***t out of every person that say ..."I know what you mean, I get migraines too".
How has your social and family environment reacted? Have your social or family relationships changed?
My family is very supportive, but my dear mother continues to clip articles on migraine headaches out of women's magazines, put them in an envelope, and mail them to me. Mom! ...they're NOT Migraines...
What things have you stopped doing?
Nothing in particular. I just deal with them when they come.
What do you think about the future?
Just more of the same
So far, which years have been the best years in your life? What have you done during them?
The years before I started getting these headaches. Namely, my years in the military where a blast.
What would you like to do if you didn’t have your condition?
Keep on Keeping on
If you had to describe your life in a sentence, what would it be?
Too short to bitch about it.
Finally, what advice would you give to a person in a similar situation?
Don't expect a remedy from a pill. Pursue alternative means of dealing with it too.
