Post histoplasmosis fibrosing mediastinitis

I was diagnosed with histoplasmosis in December 2016 after a misdiagnosis of cancer. It started with a small nagging chest pain and cough and has evolved into so much more. I have a very large mass that sits on my bronchial tree and all of the surrounding lymph nodes have become large and inflamed. This mass and the lymph nodes are pushing on everything around them. I suffer daily with bronchial obstructions, a collapsed lung, high blood pressure, and most recently started another round of steroids in addition to a chemo drug called Imuran for 9 months. My life has change drastically since diagnosis and the days are sometimes long but I have grown to appreciate the good days so much more.
