Aging with HHT

I started having nosebleeds in my 20's, but it was much later when my cousin informed me HHT runs in our family.  It hasn't slowed me down much, just nuisance nosebleeds, but as I approach 70 they are getting worse.  What I've been doing seems less effective.  It seems to have serious consequences in my family around the age of 75, GI bleeding being the most overtly damaging.  The HHT Foundation does good work, but it didn't help much with day to day advice I could use.  I'm joining here to find out the latest practical remedies that have helped people, also to hear what people have discovered as trigger foods and supplements that make nosebleeds worse.  I'm glad to share my experiences with anyone, but I don't have any huge successes with this condition, just a few "seems to help a little" suggestions.
