Jul 13, 2019

Year Condition Began: 2012

1995: cervical cancer survivor

2005: Ovarian cancer survivor

2012: Suffered a brain injury from a car crash, worked really hard to get out of wheelchair and leg braces to walk and live my life. Survived!!

2017: August, my body, mind and spirit began to fall apart. I knew SOMETHING was wrong, I tracked my symptoms and figured out I had Lupus and begged to be tested.
It has been a sad, long, journey of medical ignorance.

2018: Feb. 14, 2018 I tested positive for Lupus but had to wait for treatment from specialist, first avail. Appointment??? June 24, 2019!!!!

2019: July 5 th, 2019 never heard from tests done at appointment, 16 vials of blood, urine, mri, cat scan.?? I called

Was told I am 100% positive for mixed connective tissue disease!

I now live alone , planning my future around this and angry that i wont survive this one!
