I've been suffering since 2016. But not continuously. For the first time I've got severe pain in 2016 and it lasted for a half a year. It disappeared by itself. Then the pain came back in 2018. This time it was even more severe and lasted for 8 months. I went through different medical examinations in different countries and in the beginning of 2019 I was "sentenced" to the Nut Cracker syndrome. There is only one specialized hospital in my country (The Netherlands) which takes care about the patients with this rare syndrome. I was examined there and learnt that the hospital cannot help me to install a stent in my left renal vein as the vein is full with commissures. The doctors do not dare stenting me. Meanwhile I've got a short relief from my pain but... unfortunately after 3 months the pain was back. As usually the Nut Cracker pain escalates with each following week. This time it's turned out to be so severe that I cannot work and the only thing that helps me is morfine. I'm just desperate because of the pain and count each "good day". Or better to say I count more or less bearable days. There are no to many....
