How did all start?
In toddlerhood
Do you already have a diagnosis? How long did it take you to get it?
I have not been formally diagnosed but know I have it and didn’t realize this until I was 59 years old

Reading about other people’s stories
What have been your biggest difficulties?
Recognizing colleagues and friends even at the workplace
How has your social and family environment reacted? Have your social or family relationships changed?
I prefer to stay at home even though I’m an outgoing person and I tire easy at family gatherings just trying to stay focused on them and what they’re saying
What things have you stopped doing?
Stopped going to social gatherings and don’t bother with dating websites especially
What do you think about the future?
I’m hoping more people learn about prosopagnosia so they understand me and I feel more comfortable
So far, which years have been the best years in your life? What have you done during them?
I’m always a positive happy person and just struggle through proso one day at a time
What would you like to do if you didn’t have your condition?
Be very social going out all the time and maybe meeting a nice man to enjoy my life with
If you had to describe your life in a sentence, what would it be?
Happy but socially frustrated

Make contacts with other prosos to feel like you belong and learn strategies
