We actually started this after our mother passed of specialists after a 27 year fight with the disease. We held a walk in her honor and it grew from there. We plan to be a resource for local survivors in the area for holistic and alternative therapy practitioners and doctors. We plan to become a not for profit and eventually issue cash grants to survivors fighting sarcoidosis with little to no insurance. We hope this inspires you to do something similar in your area!
