My daughter Isabella was diagnosed with alagille syndrome two years ago. She is six years old and I'm the first grade at school. She has had problems associated with alagille since birth. Her itching has been severe since she was a few days old. It has become unbearable to her. It breaks my heart.. Knowing there us nothing I can do to make it stop. She had g tube placement surgery two years ago and has feedings done nightly via feeding pump. She has developed severe muscsle spasms and cramps in her legs. It is getting to the point where she cannot walk. She is already at limited activity due to her legs. She will have to have a liver transplant in the next few years
