Nerve pain in foot led to MRI , although 2010 full sacrum was not imaged until 2019.

Heat to area Relaxation techniques

Sitting, standing

Dancing, it's my passion

I'm worried

Not knowing before 2010 that I had a rare spinal disease

Continue Dancing and exercise more
