Story about Tarlov Cyst , Fibromyalgia.

Journey to pain-free

Sep 22, 2021

By: Wen

Year Condition Began: 2020

I was recently diagnosed TC which took almost a year. The cyst is around S3 on the right side, but I have bilateral lower back sacral, buttock and hip pain. Symptoms get worse when sitting, walking and certain position. The dr didn’t think my cyst (4mm) is big enough to cause pain. I am doing stretching daily to maintain my mobility. Tried several meds but don’t work after a while. I am currently under going diagnostic injections to rule out other causes. But, my body is telling me;TC is the pain generator. I am hopeful that one day, I would find the pain relief and to share with those that suffer!
