Year Condition Began: 2005

I was shooting in a pool tournament in 2005 and I kept blinking my eyes trying to clear the fogginess. I went to an eye doctor that following week. He saw something that alarmed him and sent me to an eye specialist. Right away I was diagnosed. He then asked if his students could look because it was such a rare condition to observe. I was told there's nothing I could do to cure the condition but use lubricated eye drops to control the build up over my eyes. This must have been the fogginess I was experiencing. He said if I didn't use the drops that I may need to have my eyes scraped. Have not had to have that done as of yet. I eventually needed glasses to read and now to see clearly. My hearing has also been affected to the point of needing hearing aids. I contracted covid-19 on Fathers Day this year (2020). No fever, no real major breathing problems, oxygen level normal but within two weeks I was covered in a horrible rash that itched from head to toe. It required prednisone to get it under control. I still am having odd chest pain so I'm seeing a cardiologist this Thursday (11-12-2020). I have debilitating migraines that have been better since the prescription immitrex. I don't know if they're related to the syndrome.
