HELLO, I WOULD LIKE TO SHOW YOU MY FACEBOOK PAGE, DEAFBLIND RUNNER’S 100 RUN MEDALS CHALLENGE.

 

IT’S ABOUT DEAF & PARTIALLY SIGHTED (USHER SYNDROME) RUNNER, JAMES CLARKE, AGED 38, OF SOUTH LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM, HAS SET A PERSONAL CHALLENGE BY TRYING TO ACCOMPLISH 100 RUN FINISHER MEDALS.

 

IT INCLUDES FULL MARATHONS, HALF MARATHONS, 20 MILES AND 16 MILES.

 

HIS VISION HAS DECREASED VERY SLOWLY EVERY YEAR BUT HE IS DETERMINED THAT HE WOULDN’T LET HIS POOR VISION STOP HIS PASSION FOR RUNNING.

 

IN THE FUTURE WHEN HIS VISION MAY BE VERY LIMITED AND HE WANT TO REMEMBER THESE 100 RUN MEDALS BY HOLDING, FEELING AND LOOKED BACK WITH A PRIDE.

 

HE STARTED THIS CHALLENGE ON AUGUST 2008 AND HE HAS DONE 62 MEDALS AT THIS DATE - FEBRUARY 2016 - THAT’S 38 MORE TO GO.  HE HOPE TO COMPLETED THIS CHALLENGE BY END OF 2017/18 - AS LONG AS HE’S INJURY-FREE!

 

HE WOULD LIKE TO RUN SOME HALF/FULL MARATHONS AROUND THE EUROPE & WORLD.
