. Arachnoiditis causes chronic pain and neurological deficits. The disease does not improve significantly with treatment and does not have a predictable pattern of symptoms, severity, or progression.
Arachnoiditis can be managed, not cured. With appropriate treatment, it is possible to lead a normal life. However, people with this condition may need to change their treatment approach as symptoms change. Many find that their symptoms get worse even with excellent medical care.
Arachnoiditis causes chronic pain and neurological deficits. The disease does not improve significantly with treatment and does not have a predictable pattern of symptoms, severity, or progression. Some people with arachnoiditis may have milder symptoms which do not get much worse over time, although the ageing process usually does add to the severity of the symptoms. Others may quickly progress to severe neurological symptoms that lead to paralysis. The majority of people with arachnoiditis appear to fall somewhere between these extremes.
Prognosis of Arachnoiditis is different for each sufferer Depending on one’s ability to adapt and accept which is pretty hard ones life will never be the same it is a chronic condition it’s progressive and only can be managed to reduce the deterioration
