Happiness can be a decision we make do you want to enjoy life or live under a cloud. I have a continuous headache and not just a normal one as indeed you may have also. I know I have to wait for improvement but I have decided that pain will not rule me I find things I can do and go from there. I love Football but i can't watch or play at the moment, but I can share stories and experience with my son and daughter they enjoy it and so do i. I can read in small quantities so am making the most of that, I enjoy breakfast I never had time before I was hit by this but now I can sit and enjoy a bowl of cereal and take my time at the start of the day. These are new pleasures that have evaded me until now. It's what we allow it to be, sorry stepping of me soap box now. Relief ☺
