Living with Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity. How to live with Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity?

Can you be happy living with Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity? What do you have to do to be happy with Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity? Living with Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity can be difficult, but you have to fight to try to be happy. Have a look at things that other people have done to be happy with Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity

Living with Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity

Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity (EHS) is a condition characterized by a heightened sensitivity to electromagnetic fields (EMFs) emitted by various electronic devices and wireless technologies. Individuals with EHS often experience a range of symptoms such as headaches, fatigue, dizziness, and difficulty concentrating. While there is ongoing debate about the causes and treatment of EHS, managing the condition can significantly improve the quality of life for those affected. Here are some strategies to help you live with Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity:

1. Create an EMF-Free Zone

Designate a specific area in your home as an EMF-free zone where you can retreat to when symptoms worsen. This space should be free from electronic devices, Wi-Fi routers, and other sources of EMFs. Consider using shielding materials such as EMF-blocking paint or curtains to minimize exposure.

2. Minimize EMF Exposure

Identify and reduce your exposure to EMFs in your daily life. Keep your distance from electronic devices, power lines, and cell phone towers. Limit the use of wireless technologies such as Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, and opt for wired connections whenever possible. Use a landline telephone instead of a mobile phone, as they emit lower levels of EMFs.

3. Practice Good Sleep Hygiene

Ensure your bedroom is a sanctuary free from EMFs. Keep electronic devices out of the bedroom, including phones, laptops, and alarm clocks. Use a battery-operated alarm clock instead. Consider shielding your bed with special EMF-blocking fabric or using a canopy to create a low-EMF sleeping environment.

4. Grounding and Earthing

Some individuals with EHS find relief through grounding or earthing techniques. Spending time outdoors, walking barefoot on grass or sand, or using grounding mats can help discharge excess electrical energy from the body and reduce symptoms.

5. Seek Support

Connect with support groups or online communities of individuals who also live with EHS. Sharing experiences, tips, and coping strategies can provide valuable emotional support and practical advice for managing the condition.

6. Consult a Healthcare Professional

If you suspect you have EHS, it is important to consult a healthcare professional who specializes in environmental medicine or electromagnetic sensitivity. They can help diagnose your condition, provide guidance on managing symptoms, and suggest appropriate treatment options.

7. Practice Stress Management

Stress can exacerbate symptoms of EHS. Engage in stress-reducing activities such as meditation, yoga, deep breathing exercises, or engaging in hobbies you enjoy. Prioritize self-care and ensure you have a healthy work-life balance.

8. Experiment with EMF-Reducing Products

There are various products available in the market that claim to reduce EMF exposure. These include EMF-blocking phone cases, radiation-shielding clothing, and EMF-neutralizing devices. While the effectiveness of these products may vary, some individuals with EHS find them helpful in reducing symptoms.

9. Educate Others

Help raise awareness about EHS by educating your friends, family, and colleagues. Explain your condition, share information about the potential health effects of EMFs, and suggest simple ways they can reduce their own exposure. By fostering understanding, you can create a supportive environment for yourself and others.

Living with Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity can be challenging, but by implementing these strategies and seeking support, you can better manage your symptoms and improve your overall well-being.

1. Understand and acknowledge that the condition is real. 2. Don't use wireless devices or mobile phone next to an EHS person. 3. Support his fight and recovery in any way possible.

Use linear 12vDC systems that are low watts. Get a TV 12v that is less th 10 watts and computer that is a mini PC with no fan and a SSD. Gas or 12v fridge. LED lights. Test with an AM radio for 0 pulses. Buy conductive clothing. It is possible to have a dwelling without measurable rads. When going out cover up. Having some meters is essential and an old AM radio.

I don't think you can BE HAPPY about this condition in this ever-changing world that seems to spell out our certain demise, individually and wholly. We may actually cause a complete collapse of the eco system before the profiteers learn this lesson. For me, I was already on a deeply spiritual path. I saw humanity was on the wrong track back in 1982 and began praying every waking moment for GOD to show me what to do with my life that would matter. I'm not a big fan of being on this planet as I haven't seen the best in people so I reasoned "If I HAVE TO be here, then let's make it matter that I came through this place". BOY DID THINGS TAKE OFF AFTER 6 YEARS OF ME BEGGING GOD!. I became very ill while being a typical wife, mom and church congregant and the church teachings on health and healing failed as did the 11 doctors I saw in 18 months so I canceled all medical appts/tests and chased GOD down for answers. HE SHOWED UP and took me on quite a journey and then INSISTED I write a book. It took 21 years to finish. Providential events took place that ended up having a renowkned doctor introduce me and the book to the world and my cell phone blew up. I held it up to GOD and said "Uhmmmmmmm I don't know Your intention with this book/story but I DO NOT LIKE THIS. I can't think of anything worse than being an IN DEMAND author who has a cell phone." A year later I touched the screen of a newer iPhone and a pain shot up my arm that changed my life. THIS WAS NOT RANDOM...BUT PART OF MY PURPOSE. He leads me into amazing challenges but the book shows how He also leads me out of them. So I guess the answer is to ACCEPT IT as part of your journey as there's not really anything other productive attitude. CONSIDER that some of us are the 10% weaker environmental messengers warning the able-bodied and DO YOUR BEST. My strong suggestion is to ASK GOD FOR HIS HELP as I have done, beginning 40 years ago, and then WATCH FOR HELP TO SHOW UP BUT BE PREPARED TO CARRY WATER OR PARTICIPATE. Nobody is likely going to COME SAVE YOU so you have to paddle and assume it's part of your spiritual training. That's all I've got here.
