Is it easy to find a partner and/or maintain relationship when you have Hepatic Encephalopathy?
People with experience in Hepatic Encephalopathy give their opinion on whether it is easy or not to have a partner or to maintain a realationship when you are diagnosed of Hepatic Encephalopathy. What are the possible difficulties in having a relationship?
Having HE shouldn't effect your ability to find or maitain a long and wonderful relationship. You wouldn't want to be in a relationship with someone who isn't loving, kind and supportive anyway, you having HE won't matter to the right person. My husband of 21 years has learned about HE and can recognize the signs and symptoms sometimes before I do.
Educate yourself and your partner.
