Of course exercise is always a great option, if you're able to tolerate it. I would say walking is the best. But don't over do it, as you may already be dehydrated and weak due to malnutrition!

Most women are unable to perform simple, daily tasks and therefore are unable to exercise due to weakness and dehydration.

from my personal experience i would cut off any form of activity especially when you are at a point bwhere you CANT DO ANYTHING BECAUSE YOU ARE WEAK CANT EAT OR DRINK ANYTHING AND SMELLS ARE TOO STRONG... short wealks for fresh air but be easy on yourself
