Because some types of Loeys-Dietz have inflammation (from arthritis) and can have allergies and sensitivities, an anti-inflammatory diet can help.

I have not seen a dietitian and will be seeing a gastro doctor soon but I have found that a healthy balanced diet is the best way to go. Eating out creates an inconsistency with gastro issues. I could eat the same thing every day and have complete different reactions. Greasy foods also create many issues.

High in Protein, good diet overall. No smoking of tobacco, over drinking of alcohol and medication dependent of course
