There is not a diet that will help per se however some of the pain is coming from the ureter which is connected tot the bladder and kidneys so drinking as much water as possible will help and having a healthy diet will help increase the energy levels of those with Nutcracker because fatigue is a major symptom.

Yes, no spicy stuff. :((( I literally used to love spicy stuff and eat it all of the time. But it's so unhelpful when I'm already getting sick and nauseous form pain! Worse yet what you need is acid reflux :(
