People with experience in Stickler syndrome give their opinion on whether it is easy or not to have a partner or to maintain a realationship when you are diagnosed of Stickler syndrome. What are the possible difficulties in having a relationship?

Relationships are great for individuals with Sticklers! Relationships are ways to give of oneself and share in interests with someone significant. Be realistic in what areas physically where you will have challenges and determine if this significant person is someone who will be by your side. Understand you possess an "invisible disability" Others may not know what physical challenges you have. Determine what is beneficial to share with whom. Look for someone with common interests and values. Be confident and humble.
