A better diet is better to have for everyone but i have not seen a change in my visual snow with a better diet.

Better diet will help multiple issues but there is no concrete proof it will help VS. At this stage if diet issue cause VS diet will fix VS. People have many stories and individual factors to who there condition started. We need research to back all this up. I have tried vegan but only for a month and a bit with no change. Need more to see results

Avoiding caffeine helped quite a bit. Caffeine makes my brain go hyperactive, and in turn makes my visual snow worse. I've heard that cutting back on sodium is also helpful, however, I have not tried this myself.

I happen to follow an anti inflammatory diet, similar to the Mediterranean diet, but I haven’t noticed any change in my symptoms.

I don't think that food matters that much, the problem persists in the brain and the ability to process image. However, eating healthy might improve symptoms and patient's quality of life.

Not that I am aware of. There are theories that certain diets, I.e. the Keto diet and or intermittent fasting can reduce inflammation in the body which can aid reducing your symptoms. Balancing your gut microbiome is also thought to help a whole host of conditions. I would recommend any restrictive diet without first speaking with your doctor,
