Spinal AVM

I lived in Bangladesh till 2003 since my birth . Back in 2001 I realised I couldn't walk properly! If I was sitting in the ground, I had difficulty to go in standing position, I couldn't continue my aerobic classes anymore.
That's when one of the Neurologist did an MRI and found something which was inside my Spine. I was taken to Bumrundrad Hospital in Bangkok, Thailand. I had another MRI, where they found AVM in the same area.
It was a long surgery. I couldn't walk for 2/3 months after the surgery. We went back to Bangladesh. After lots of Physio and practicing to walk, I started walking.
I accepted this new challenge in my life. In 2002 I came to Australia as an international student, after my post graduation I have skilled migrated here and since then living in Melbourne.
I got married in 2004 and my baby girl was born in 2005. Now single mom since 2012.
My leg sensitivity is decreasing everyday now. There is still a sharp constant pain in the AVM area. My walking difficulties has increased. I suffer from bowl and urine control problem.
Going through Physio again. Just recently made appointment to see Neurosurgeon. My fight with AVM has started again!
