DANIEL WAS MY SON, HE PAST ON OCT 27, 2014 AT AGE 24, 3 WEEKS SHY OF HIS BIRTHDAY. HE HAD LOW TSH AND THE DOCOTRS NEVER FOLLOWED UP ON IT, HE DEVELOPED BLOODCLOTS-IGNORED ALSO AND ALSO THE KETOACIDOSIS UNTIL IT GOT SO BAD HE DIED FROM SEPTIC SHOCK.
