I believe there are hundreds, but like I said before research it a 100 times before trying anything. It also is a very individual treatment plan for everyone that has it.

Diet can make a difference lowering caffeine intake and sugar can help. Essential oils And Chinese's medicals have helped some people. Everyone is different and it's a case of Ty and see if it helps you

Several people say they have had success with diets. Some take vitamins and oils. Acupuncture, medicines, physical therapy, and meditation helps some. But it depends on the individual. I have tried most of these and haven’t had much success. Even medicines don’t give me much relief. The best is to try and see what may help you.

Using therapies of any kind will aid. Massage therapy, myo fascial therapy is a huge benefit. Essential oils are a great tool as well from anxiety to chronic pain oils. Medical marijuana is an option for many too.

Diet adjustments are helpful. Avoiding inflammatory foods is benefictional and keeping an alkaline diet helps. Essential oils are beneficial, PT, acupuncture, massage therapy, mirroring, hydrotherapy, and many other natural remedies help. Mindfulness, grounding, yoga and meditation are beneficial as well.

Really comes down tobmanagement. Suitable medication for pain relief. Rest but exercise. For some people it iscan achievement to make it of bed to.the settee. But any exercise is critical both for mind and body. Even another 100m added to a walk is better than nothing. So important to.keep moving. Adrenaline and endormorphines are a great natural painkiller and stress relievet. That is what I have personally found anyway
