Electrical hypersensitive (toxic microwaves)

Since becoming EH in 2015

I have no changed my lifestyle to suit my body & my minds needs.  I sleep on the floor with an earthing sheet. I put my phone on flight mode. I have shielded gloves for my hands as they tingle touching the computer mouse. 

I eat a lot more healthily. I walk bare foot when I can. 

I have a shielded sock for my phone. 

I turn wifi off, especially at night! 

I talk to people freely about how EHS can affect any one and how to prevent.
