How I found out

I was driving from the grocery store one day and had to stop on the side of the road, my heart was pounding and my vision blurred. I thought I was having a heart attack, thankfully it turned out to be another migraine. But there was something different about it this time, so I made an appointment to see my doctor. He sent me for an MRI and when the results were in, called me to go see him. He, being the funny man he is, told me a piece of my brain was missing. I laughed and said "no wonder!" but then he continue explaining to me what I really had. He mentioned Empty Sella Syndrome and I was at a lost because I have never heard of such a thing. So that day I went home and did an extensive research. I have read as much as possible about it, which is not much in my opinion. Life continued and I have not paid much mind to it, but lately I have been feeling sickly. I get migraines and pressure headaches, which I treat by resting or taking medication. Recently I have been thinking of getting checked again because of the way I have been feeling. I am writing this because I can see that there are not many of us and not much information out there. Hopefully that will change and people will be more aware about the syndrome.

I have had medical issues my whole life. Just found out I have this 2 years ago. If you ever want to talk I am here.
